Shipping outside the UAE (for customized jewelry & rings) - approximately 15 to 23 business days

Exchange and Returns

Lana Al Kamal Jewelry is dedicated to provide excellent customer service and exquisite quality. If you are unhappy with any purchase we do offer only exchange and under the following conditions.

Exchange

We accept returns for exchange within 7 days. It must be in original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage and only if a manufacturing defect is evident.
